How to make pork and bitter vegetable dumplings:

1. Ingredients

250g flour, 300g pork belly, 200g bitter vegetable, 5g oil, 5g salt , 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 section green onion

2. Method

1. Knead the dough in advance and let it rest for more than 10 minutes.

2. Chop the meat filling into small pieces, add soy sauce, salt and cooking oil and mix well.

3. Wash the bitter vegetables and blanch them in boiling water.

4. Then squeeze out the water and chop into small pieces.

5. Add appropriate amount of chopped green onion into the meat filling and mix well.

6. Add bitter vegetables, add appropriate amount of sesame oil and mix well.

7. Cut into evenly sized pieces and roll into dumpling wrappers.

8. Wrap into dumplings.
