The method is as follows:
1. Put the flour, eggs and baking powder together in a basin and stir until it becomes flocculent.
2. Knead the dough into a ball, knead it without haste, cover the lid and let it rest for 5 minutes.
3. Knead it out after five minutes. The awakened dough is very easy to knead it out, just a few times and it's done.
4. Sprinkle some cornstarch on the chopping board to prevent sticking, and use a rolling pin to roll it into a thick dough.
5. Use the rolling pin to roll it up, push it forward, press it and pull it back, just like rolling noodles.
6. Repeat the above operation and roll it out to the usual thickness of noodles. The digital version is about 0.3 cm.
7. Fold it and cut it into noodles with a knife.
8. Shake the noodles and shake off the flour.
9. Pour oil into the pot. Add the noodles when the oil temperature is 40%. It will rise after a while. Don’t put too much at one time. Fry part of it first.
10. Fry until the noodles swell and become cooked inside, about 1 minute. At this time, take them out to control the oil and set aside.
11. Put water and sugar in the pot, bring to a simmer over low heat, and stir with a spoon until the syrup bubbles change from large to small, then add honey and continue to simmer over low heat.
12. Cook until the syrup becomes bright and the bubbles become dense. At this time, turn off the heat.
13. Pour the fried noodles into the pot, stir quickly and evenly, so that each noodle is coated with syrup. Be sure to do it quickly, otherwise the syrup will become hard.
14. Prepare a mold and sprinkle some white sesame seeds, raisins or other dried fruits you like on the bottom.
15. Pour in the noodles and press them tightly with your hands. Press them tightly or they will fall apart when cutting.
16. After cooling, you can unmold and cut into pieces to enjoy.
