Practice:
〈Material〉:
WoWoTou: cornmeal 150g, boiled water, 80g of flour, lukewarm water, 3g of yeast, 10g of sugar

〈Steps of the Seasonal Bean Meat Paste〉:
1.. Meat froth with a pinch of salt and Ginger marinade for 10 minutes, pan fried until browned and spare

3. Add the right amount of water, a tablespoon of soy sauce, a little oyster sauce

Tips
The ratio of cornmeal is related to the texture, if you want to have a solid texture, increase the amount of cornmeal, and if you want to have a fluffy texture, decrease it.
The temperature of the cornmeal is a bit high after scalding, so you can't add the yeast directly, or the yeast will be directly scalded to death.
