1. Wash the ribs and cut them into small pieces. Slice the bamboo shoots for later use.
2. Prepare star anise, cinnamon, dried chili, fragrant leaves, sliced onion and sliced ginger.
3. Pour water into the pot, add ribs to boil, cook for 2 minutes, take out, pour vegetable oil into another pot, and saute dried peppers and peppers.
