Raw materials: mushrooms
Ingredients: sugar, salt, onion and ginger, monosodium glutamate and chicken essence.
Method:
1. Blanch the mushrooms with water at 70℃ and drain the water for later use.
2. Add onion and ginger into the hot oil, pour in mushrooms and stir fry for about 3 minutes, add half a bowl of water to prevent the pan from drying, add salt, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate and onion and ginger to taste, and serve after the water dries.
Crispy eel
Raw materials: mushrooms
Ingredients: salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, flour, egg white.
Method:
1. Grab the prepared shredded mushrooms, salt, chicken essence and cooking wine. Mix flour and egg whites evenly and wrap with shredded mushrooms.
2. Heat the oil on high fire, slowly add the shredded mushrooms and fry at medium and low oil temperature. When you can't see bubbles in the oil, you can go out of the pot. It tastes crisp and delicious, leaving fragrance on both cheeks.
Fish fillet with tomato sauce
Ingredients: herring 1 kg, green pepper 1, onion 1/2, egg 1, pineapple slices and Jiang Mo.
4 tablespoons tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, a little sugar, a little sesame oil, a little corn starch, a little salt and a little wine.

Ingredients: salt, sugar, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, water and lake.

Method:
