How to make shredded papaya salad?
Peel and shred half a papaya.
Add a little salt to the shredded papaya and soak it in cold boiled water (purified water) for 5 minutes.
Stir a little salt, sugar (optional), white vinegar and half a bowl of cold boiled water (which can be pure water) to melt the salt and sugar.
Take out the soaked shredded papaya, pour in the sauce, drop a little sesame oil and mix well.
