When do eels come out of their holes?
The eels come out of their holes in the spring when the temperature is above 10 degrees Celsius, around 8:00 p.m., and around 9:30 p.m. is the peak time for eels to come out of their holes to feed. Eels often burrow in the humus silt during the day or burrow in the rocky crevices of the embankment where there is water, and are usually inactive during the day and come out at night to feed.
