Durian meat can be soft when it is hard. It can be put together with ripe fresh fruits such as bananas, apples and mangoes, or it can be put in rice. Butadiene can be released to ripen, and after a few days, durian meat will become soft.
It can also be placed in a box or tied in a bag for sealed preservation and placed in a warm and comfortable natural environment. After a period of time, durian will gradually mature, thus achieving the purpose of softening the pulp.
If the pulp has been taken out, seal the pulp with plastic wrap, try not to breathe, let it stand at room temperature for 2-3 days, or cook it naturally to soften the pulp.
