Production method:
1, first clean Pleurotus ostreatus and cut it into small pieces for later use;
2. Cook the tofu in a pot, remove and drain, and cut it into small squares for later use;
3. Put Pleurotus ostreatus, tofu, soy sauce, cooking wine and salt into a casserole, and stew with appropriate amount of water;
4. When tofu and Pleurotus ostreatus are tasty, add monosodium glutamate and drizzle with sesame oil.
