1. Cut carrots and cucumbers into J pieces and chop chopped green onion. You can peel rice with a big head or buy a complete rice stick and peel it yourself. When preparing to sow rice, soak the rice in cold water for a while and filter it in water. Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, add the oil into the pot and stir fry, then add the corn kernels and stir fry.
2. Stir-fry corn for two minutes, then add cucumber, then add some salt and stir-fry for two minutes (don't put too much salt, it will affect the sweetness of rice). Add carrots and stir-fry for one minute, then add a little chicken essence, and then serve.
Sweet rice can be eaten as a home-cooked dish. You can also put it on a piece of bread, and you can put some salad dressing on it. Two pieces of bread are sandwiched together to make a sweet corn sandwich.
