Cabbage: a biennial herb with many varieties, such as cabbage, kohlrabi, cauliflower and kale. The color is mainly blue-green, but also yellow-white, purple and color. The cabbage we eat, commonly known as kohlrabi, is a kind of cabbage and belongs to heading cabbage. There are green and purple, and the prices are quite different. It may be because new varieties or imported varieties are more expensive, such as apples and snake fruits, grapes and raisins.
