A. 50g coarse chili powder, 40cc water, B. 200cc salad oil, 10g peppercorns, 5g star anise, 2 peeled garlic kernels, 5g ginger slices, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
How to make it
1. Pour Ingredient A into a large bowl and mix well with the seasonings.
2. Heat a wok over low heat and add Ingredient B. Slowly heat the wok until the ginger and peeled garlic become browned, then turn off the heat and strain the hot oil through a deep frying pan.
3. Slowly pour the hot oil into the mixed chili powder, stirring well while pouring.
