Specific steps
First step
1. A large amount of green mugwort. Only part of it is needed

2. Remove the rhizome of Qing Ai. Take only the leaves. Squeeze out the bitter water from mugwort leaves with salt. This is enough for three chickens!

3. Spread the whole chicken with the sauce made from soy sauce, salt, oil, ginger and garlic. Pickle for flavor

4. Stuff mugwort leaves into the chicken belly.

5. Cover and steam until cooked. Old chicken, so I steamed it for an hour and a half. The time can be increased or decreased as appropriate
