3. Add1.3kg creamer and 1.4 chocolate powder (chocolate board can be boiled into chocolate sauce) or (1.4 coffee powder), stir well, and cook for 5 minutes. If it is iced milk tea, refrigerate it and keep it warm in a thermos bottle.
Bubble tea and shaved ice and scrambled ice.
Practice of shaved ice: put the shaved ice in a plate, sprinkle with jam, add condensed milk, and a plate of shaved ice will be ok.
The practice of frying ice: just add water and fruit and stir fry in the ice frying machine.
Bubble tea formula:
Original bubble tea formula: 15g creamer, sugar water, 2/3 tea, ice cubes &; Boiled water, 15g pearls
Formula of Jiawei bubble tea: (Take taro milk tea as an example) 12g taro powder, 10g creamer, and ice cubes & Boiling water, sugar water, hot tea, 15g pearls.

Sodium cyclamate: added according to different tastes (not too much)

Cream: 600g
Boiling water:15kg
Second, the production method:
1, first boil the water, then put the pearls in boiling water for about 10 minute, and after another 10 minute, drain the boiled pearls, then soak them in clear water, and add a small amount of sugar to the clear water where the pearls are soaked, which makes them taste better.
2. Put the Pearl black tea bag into 15 kg of boiling water, take it out after 15 minutes, and then pour the tea juice into a blender or other container.
3. Pour the sodium cyclamate (added according to different tastes, not too much) into a blender or other container.
4. Pour the creamer into a blender or other container.
5. Pour the fruit powder (first mix the fruit powder with 80-degree water) into a blender or other container.
