The method of braised pig skin is as follows:
Main ingredients: 250 grams of pig skin.
Accessories: 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon allspice, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds, 3 bay leaves, 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce.
Specific steps:
1. Wash the pig skin and scrape the skin clean.
2. Put the washed pig skin into a pot with water and cook over high heat.
3. After the water boils, take out the pig skin and scrape off the oil layer on the pig skin with the back of a knife.
4. Wash the pig skin and cut it into long strips about 3 cm wide.
5. Put the cut pork skin strips into the pressure cooker and pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce.
