How to explode eggplant with soy sauce?
Wash the eggplant and tear it into pieces.
The pepper is pedicled, seeded and cut into small pieces, and the garlic is smashed.
Heat the oil pan (the amount of oil is twice as much as the usual cooking), and stir-fry the eggplant until it becomes soft (slightly longer). Dish the fried eggplant.
