Steps
1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: sausage, potatoes, carrots
2. Wash the carrots and cut into hob pieces.
3. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces, wash off the starch, and drain the water.
4. Cut the sausage into cubes.
5. Heat oil, add drained diced potatoes and fry.
6. Fry until the potatoes are cooked, remove and set aside.
7. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the carrots and stir-fry repeatedly.
8. Then, add a little water and cook the carrots until they are cooked.
9. Add sausage.
10. Add salt to taste and simmer for half a minute.
11. Add the reserved diced potatoes.
12. Stir fry evenly and turn off the heat.
13. Remove from the pot and serve on a plate.
