Method 1: standard cut
1) Wash the mango, do not have to peel.
2)Cut the mango into thirds.
Each mango has a flat kernel in the center, and the mango itself is a slightly flattened oval. Find the vertical centerline of the mango.
If you're slicing a mango that has a lot of flesh, cut two straight lines parallel to each side of the kernel.
3) Gently cut across the top and bottom of the mango, without breaking the skin.
4)Use your middle thumb and right ring finger, against the outer rind, and then the flesh of the melon upward, so that the outer rind can be placed vertically on the plate, after the cross-section of the melon flesh in a fan shape.
5) like the above method, or is to the cross-section of the dominant (close to the outer rind), and cut the mango into small pieces into the bowl. A curved toothed grapefruit knife is quick and easy to use if you want to slice off the curved portion of the skin at the bottom of the mango from the edge.
6) To swallow the remaining flesh on the kernel, peel the mango from the center section. Insert a fork right in the middle of the kernel and simply tap it twice with the palm of your hand, then you can eat the remaining melon flesh. Watch out for those drips of mango juice!
Method 2: Tooth Bite
1) Hold the mango in your hand, with the pith facing up . (Vertical upwards)
2) Disconnect a portion of the kernel from the center, so that only the kernel is connected to the flesh of the two equal parts of the melon, and turn the flesh. The flesh on one side may fall off fully automatically with the flesh on the other side.
3) Open it and you also get a bowl of seedless mango flesh.
4)Now for the tough part. Additionally half of the mango still has the kernel stored, which we need to scoop up. Bite into the kernel with your teeth and turn the bottom end to get rid of the flesh from the kernel. (This is the kind of thing that takes a lot of practice or it will be inconvenient at the beginning.) Now you have 2 bowls filled with equal parts of seedless melon flesh.
5) Freeze and eat with a spoon.
Method 3: Beveled Laser Cutting Method
1) Hit the halves horizontally and gradually minute the melon flesh around the kernel, rather than disconnecting the entire mango. If your knife touches the kernel, just start cutting back toward the center (i.e., cut tightly around the kernel, then bring the knife back around again).
2) After you've finished dividing the flesh between the two halves, use a large spoon (very thin-skinned) to scoop and slice the flesh tightly around the kernel. Remove the kernel from the other half.
Method 4: The avocado method
If you're confident enough to use a chef's knife, there are other ways to get rid of the kernels. These are similar to those used for avocados, but require a bit of method and can be risky due to lack of skill. There is no need to just try it unless it is to give you a lot of experience in applying kitchen knives to your work.
As mentioned above, if you've long ago separated the two halves of the melon, take the half with the seeds and put it into your free hand, turn the seeded side up, rely on the seeds with a chef's knife and quickly choose the mango edge so it's snagged and can't move. Subsequently just turn the knife, hold the mango firmly and place the knife on the mango cross-section with the aim of removing the seeds, which even a chef with working experience needs more practice to look more technically professional. This type of approach must be faster than all other ways of removing the kernels.
Method 5: Squeeze Molding
Eat mangoes without a knife! You'll need a fresh and perfectly formed mango. Place the mango in your hand and hold it firmly in both hands. After a few light squeezes, you'll have created a lot of juice in the flesh, so bite a hole in the top with your teeth and suck on the flesh, which has been softened by your hands.
Method 6: Bracts clip method
A vegetable peeler or paring knife should be used to peel the mango. While cutting the mango, remove both sides of the end. Then, stick a bract clip on one of the ends of the mango and place the mango vertically on the chopping board, and then, simply disconnect a portion of the cross-section that is tightly surrounding the bract clip. Then, cut the mango into your favorite shape and enjoy it gradually.
