Homemade Handmade Mackerel Fish Balls Step by Step
1. Wash the fish, cut off the head and tail (the head and tail can be put into the freezer layer to freeze it for use in fish soup later).
2. Remove the bones and skin of the fish, then mince the fish into minced meat. (You can use a knife to scrape the fish meat or tear with your hands directly, mackerel is still relatively easy to peel)
