Pork ribs? Cooking wine, soy sauce, Chili sauce
Steps/methods
Chop the ribs into small pieces, wash and drain. Marinate wine, soy sauce and Chili sauce for 20 minutes, sprinkle with dry starch and mix well.
Heat the oil pan, pour the ribs into the pan and stir fry.
Stir-fry the ribs until golden brown, and squeeze out the oil.
Add ginger and garlic slices, stir fry, add boiling water (there is just no meat in the soup), oyster sauce and sugar and stew for a while.
Slice onions and green peppers and blanch them with boiling water (prepared in advance).
When the sparerib soup is thick, add onion and green pepper slices, add appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar to taste, and take out the pot.
