Step by Step
1.Soak the mushrooms for a while before cooking, about 20-30 minutes
2.Wash the black oyster sauce
3. Soak the dried oysters for a while
4. Boil the mushrooms in water for about 8-9 minutes
5. When the mushrooms are almost done cooking, stir-fry the dried oysters with ginger
6. Cook the mushrooms for about 8-9 minutes, then drain and add to the dried oysters and stir-fry them together
7. After 5 minutes, add the mushrooms and the dried oysters to a separate pot. Add sugar, oyster sauce and soy sauce and simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. If you want the sauce to have a certain consistency, add some cornstarch to thicken the sauce when it's almost done.
8. Stir fry the lettuce on the other side of the pan
9. Put the lettuce on a clean plate after it's been stir-fried
10. Pour the mushrooms and oyster sauce over the vegetables and you're done.
