The airplane in Wenshan Xihua Park is a J-5A fighter. This airplane was the first one successfully flown by Jiang Zhelun, the captain of the interceptor brigade of the 18th Air Force Division, and Jiang Zhelun also used this airplane to shoot down the Taiwanese B_17G, and it was in order to commemorate Jiang Zhelun that the likeness of the fighter was built in Wenshan Xihua Park.

Wenshan famous snacks are pretzels, fire burnt, wintao rice threads, fried poi, twisted patties, bean paste poi, etc., which can be eaten in the general small restaurants. There is also the Zhuang wine of Pingba Township, Wenshan County, which is a grain wine brewed by the locals themselves.
