Accessories: 1/2 green onion, 1 small piece of ginger, 30g barbecue sauce, peanut oil
Methods:
1. Take 30g of honey barbecue sauce and put it in a mixing bowl, add an equal amount of water and boil it, and mix it to make a marinade sauce
2. Wash the chicken wings, wipe them dry with a kitchen paper towel, and put them in a glass bowl

Place them in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours, and turn them over a few times to make them more flavorful
4. Brush a thin layer of oil on the lower heating plate of the electric pie pan
5. Turn on the electric pie pan, press the on/off button, set the heat to medium, and then turn off the upper heating plate and start to preheat
6. When the preheating is complete, place the marinated chicken wings on the heating plate in order
7. Cover, function button select grilled chicken wings, set medium heat, close the upper heating plate, grill for 3 minutes
8. Open the lid, turn the chicken wings over, turn the heat down, cover, grill for another 3 minutes, turn off the switch, and simmer the chicken wings in the residual heat for 5 minutes
