Main ingredients:
Pork belly 250g soy sauce 1 teaspoon (5g)
Soy sauce 25g rock sugar 25g
A dozen arrowheads and a few slices of ginger.
Proper amount of cooking wine

1. Wash the peeled pork belly with warm water, cut it into pieces, then put it in a big bowl and soak it in a little soy sauce.
2. Arrows, removing processed and peelable skin, cleaning and slicing.
3. Add a little oil to the pot, stir-fry the pork belly for about three minutes, then add soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar and cooking wine, color evenly, then add water and add a little water.
