2. Wash the pomelo, cut it with a knife, take out the pulp and seeds, and cut it into small pieces for spare.
3. Put the grapefruit pieces into a bottle and add honey, about 1/3~1/2 of the weight of the grapefruit. after putting in the honey, shake the bottle gently to mix evenly.
4. Place the mixed bottle at room temperature and stir gently with chopsticks or a spoon every day or so, so that the grapefruit pieces and honey mix well and accelerate fermentation.
5. After about a week, you can try the shorter pomelo tea. Strain the honey pomelo tea and mix it with a moderate amount of boiled water to drink. If you want a more mellow taste, you can continue to leave the bottle for 2 to 3 weeks until the flavor of the grapefruit is fully integrated into the honey.
6. Finally, pour the honey pomelo tea into a clean bottle and store it in the refrigerator, where it can be kept for about a month or so, or you can increase or decrease the amount of honey according to your preference.
