Shrimp and crab congee
Materials
Crab, shrimp, rice, canned corn kernels, lettuce, ginger, green onion, chicken essence
Practice
1. rice soak half an hour.
2. Cut ginger into julienne strips, scallions into spring onions, lettuce into julienne strips.

7. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle some scallions.
Crab Congee
Materials
2 crabs, 100g of lean pork, ginger, green onion, cilantro and winter vegetables
Methods
1. Cook the congee in a pressure cooker first. ps: Turn off the heat as soon as the high pressure comes up.

Tips
