5 small potatoes, bacon, chopped onion and cheese.
How to do
(1) Saute the chopped onion and bacon first.... Cut the potatoes into pairs... Steam well... Scoop some of the potatoes with a spoon as shown on the left side of the photo
(2) Place the sautéed ingredients on top of the potatoes. Put cheese on top. Bake in the oven... When the cheese is golden brown on top, remove from the oven and serve on a plate~~*
How to make baked cheese potatoesIngredients
Canned tuna 80g
Canned corn kernels 3 tbsp
Medium-sized potatoes 2 pcs
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Yellow mustard 1 tsp (can be skipped)
Salt to taste
Black pepper, moderate

Chinese pepper, moderate
Cheese, moderate
Dried parsley, a few pinches
StepsBrush the potatoes and slice them crosswise, then steam them in a steamer for about 20-25 minutes (depending on the size of the potatoes). After steaming, use a fork to scrape and remove the mashed potatoes, but don't scrape too cleanly. It's best to scrape only 0.5cm away from the skin, so as not to break the skin. Fill the potato cups with the mashed potatoes scraped out in step 1 with step 2;
Sprinkle some shredded cheese over the top and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted, then sprinkle with dried parsley.
