Harbin is a city with a short history. When it comes to Harbin, everyone is familiar with such laudatory names as "Ice City" and "Little Paris in the East". I am an out-and-out native of Henan. I was tricked into going to Harbin to study in a university by these good names and beautiful imagination. I stayed in Harbin for six years. Now I think about it, how many years can a person have in his life? These six years are from 18 to 24 years old, from adulthood to maturity, from ignorance to stepping into society. Harbin is an indescribable complex for me.

The first food I want to introduce is the Madiel Popsicle on Harbin Central Street. Mattel popsicles sell well in winter and summer. What I didn't understand when I came to Harbin at that time was why people in Harbin also like to eat popsicles in winter. What's even more puzzling is that all popsicles are sold outdoors in boxes without refrigerators, and the more people eat popsicles in winter. The reason is related to Harbin's special climate. Although Harbin is also hot in summer, the temperature difference between day and night is large, so it is not too hot in summer, so there are not many popsicles to eat. In winter, people inevitably want to eat something cool, and the average temperature in Harbin in winter is MINUS 20 degrees. Therefore, popsicles are placed outside the window, and the outdoor is a natural big refrigerator. Madiel Popsicle has a history of more than 0/00 years. Its raw materials are made of milk and eggs, without bulking machine and additives. It can be said that it is "sweet but not greasy, and the ice is fragrant".
The second one is roast cold noodles, which is made of local wheat flour in Harbin, and has a long growth cycle, so it is stronger. Spread a piece of cold noodles on the iron plate, beat an egg, brush with special sauce, sprinkle with coriander and onion and various seasonings, which is soft and delicious and fragrant. Grilled cold noodles is the most eaten snack in my university for four years, and I still miss the roasted cold noodles in the snack street outside our university.
