Flour, butter, eggs, milk
Preparation process:
1, melt 25g butter;
2. Beat an egg and stir well;
3, 60ml of milk;
4.150g wheat flour, mix 50g cake flour with a little salt;
5. Add milk and hot butter, fully mix and stir, and stir while adding until it becomes a thin paste, preferably sticky and uniform.
Baking:
1, preheat the waffle oven for 3 minutes, then spread the upper and lower intima evenly with butter, and add the prepared cake paste to the lower layer.
2, slowly close the lid, be careful not to let the juice leak (when adding the cake paste, add it to 80%), and bake for 5 ~ 7 minutes.
3, 5 ~ 7 minutes later, gently open the top cover, the cake has been formed, spread butter on the surface, carefully turn it over with a clip, then spread butter and the reverse side, and take it out;
4, out of the oven, trim the edge of the cake, divide it into 5 small pieces in turn, and add whipped cream, jam, chocolate sauce and so on according to personal preference. Required raw materials:
Egg, lemon, vegetable oil, sugar, essence, low-gluten flour.
Practice:
1, separate egg yolk (two pieces) (four pieces);
2. The egg white with 10G sugar and a few drops of lemon essence can stand by foaming with electric egg beater, as shown in the figure;
3. Beat the egg yolk, gradually add 3 teaspoons of vegetable oil, 25G of sugar and 4 drops of essence, beat well with electric egg beater, then add half a CUP of low-gluten flour, cross it with a rubber knife and mix well, then add the dismissed protein twice and mix well;
4. Pour the batter into the electric mold of the florist, plug in the electricity, start heating, wait for the machine to stop and take it out.
note:
1. Brush a layer of oil in the mold with a brush before adding the flour paste, which is easy to demould.
2. Without any bulking agent, baking powder and baking soda powder, just use egg whites, but the cake is very well made, and it is very loose and delicious when eaten just after baking. Batching:
500g of low-gluten flour, 5g of salt, 20g of sugar, 30ml of milk, 20g of vegetable oil and 0/0 egg.
Exercise:
1. Mix the above raw materials into batter.
2. Spread the batter in the baking pan.
3. Bake in an electric oven at 200℃ for about 12 minutes.
