First, Ferula. There is a folk proverb: "Scutellaria baicalensis is not fake, Ferula is not true", which means Scutellaria baicalensis is not fake and Ferula is not true. The so-called Ferula is an Umbelliferae plant from Xinjiang, which is essentially different from Ferula in the traditional sense. Li Shizhen wrote in Compendium of Materia Medica: "Ferula has two kinds: grass and wood. Or the cloud is the most poisonous, and people dare not go near it. At each harvest, tie the sheep to the tree and shoot them from a distance. The poison of fat poisons the sheep, and the sheep is Ferula when it dies. " There is also a saying that Ferula is the corpse water that oozes from the corner of the coffin after a person dies and the corpse decays a few days later. The Chinese medicine is called Ferula. Thus, Ferula's statement that there is no truth can be proved. After fish laboratory tests, the peculiar smell of Ferula Ferula will have a negative effect on carp and crucian carp, which like fragrance. Not only can it not attract fish, but it will also drive them away. Ferula Ferula, a plant, has no substantial effect in fishing, and it is purely a rumor.
Second, musk. Most fishermen have used musk wine, especially when fishing for crucian carp. However, in fact, it is not musk in musk wine that has the effect of attracting fish, but white wine, because alcohol is a natural odor carrier, which can absorb the fragrance in the bait and then release it to attract fish. Musk is insoluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol solution above 75℃, but the liquor on the market is not above 75℃. Even if it is soaked in liquor above 75℃, the concentration of musk liquor will be diluted instantly after the bait enters the water, and musk will be in an insoluble state again, so it can't be dissolved in water, and the smell can't be released in the water, which has no effect on attracting fish. Therefore, the so-called musk fishing is purely a gimmick.
Third, vitamins. Many fishermen also use vitamins to brew fishing wine and rice, mainly vitamin B, which basically has no obvious effect. In fact, most freshwater fish don't like the smell of vitamin B. Things that are good for the body may not smell and taste good, otherwise we humans will eat starch, fat, vitamins and protein directly. Why should we eat high-grade ingredients? Because taste and nutritional value are two different things.
Fourth, amino acids. Amino acid fishing and vitamins are basically the same thing. There are many kinds of amino acids. Some individual kinds of amino acids with sour or sweet taste have a certain effect on improving the palatability of bait, but most amino acids are not suitable for fishing. Only experts who are proficient in ichthyology and odorology can understand this truth.
V. DMPT. It is no exaggeration to say that DMPT fishing is the biggest scam in the fishing industry, and it has even been written into the encyclopedia. I believe that most fishermen have used DMPT, but everyone agrees that normal addition has no effect, and a little more will lead to a dead nest, and no fish can be caught. Because DMPT is not a product for fishing at all, but for fish culture, it is only a chronic fish food promoter. For example, eating hawthorn often can stimulate the appetite, strengthen the spleen and increase the appetite, but if you eat a few hawthorn before eating, the appetite will increase from 2 bowls of rice to 4 bowls of rice each time. This is obviously impossible. Eating too much hawthorn will cause nausea, because hawthorn is not a hunger hormone. DMPT is just like this hawthorn. When fishing, there is no immediate food promotion effect, and it adds more direct death.
