3. When talking about the tea-picking season in the tea garden in Ming Dynasty, Xu Cishu said: "Qingming is too early, long summer is too late, and the time is moderate around Grain Rain". This is indeed the most suitable time for harvesting spring tea for ordinary fried green tea in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, after Tomb-Sweeping Day and before Grain Rain. It is said that in terms of time, tea before tomorrow is the best in tea, and tea before rain is the top grade in tea.
