Baby Mini Dumplings
Ingredients: Beef, Celery, Black Rice Flour, Flour
Practice:
1. 70g of flour, 10g of black rice flour, 40g of water, knead into a dough, and cover with plastic wrap.
2. Beef with celery puree, add some starch, mushroom powder, salt, water, soy sauce, sesame oil and mix well.
3. Sprinkle some flour, roll the dough into a large thin sheet, press out small pieces of dough with a mold, scoop a spoonful of filling in the middle, dip a little water around the sticky tight mouth, you can use your hands to press thinner.
4. Freeze the dumplings and cook them with a little vinegar.
Tips:
Omit the soy sauce and salt for babies under 1 year old, and add some shrimp powder to taste.
Dumpling skin: knead flour and water 2:1.
