Losing weight on the stomach is very slow, and the ordinary method is very slow.

The following is my friend's ultimate method, which is also my personal common method. You can try.

One: Get up early and do sit-ups for at least 30 minutes.

Three: Massage the abdomen for at least half an hour after meals.

Four: drink water before meals, drink fruit vinegar after meals, and drink white vinegar with warm water.

Five: Massage the abdomen for at least half an hour before bathing. Massage the abdomen with bath salt or fine salt in the bathtub with only a little warm water. After bathing, continue to massage the abdomen for half an hour.

Six: Be sure to do sit-ups before going to bed, learn yoga to reduce abdomen, and that action should be done for more than half an hour in the morning and evening.

Seven: at that time, I only ate staple food, plus vegetables and fruits, without any snacks.

Eight: When walking and sitting every day, the abdomen is contracting. You walk at least 1 hour every day, and your abdomen contracts at least 1 hour. If you can stand it, do it in the morning, at noon and at night, which is equivalent to at least 3 hours a day.

These eight points are super painful. Although they take effect quickly, they are not easy to persist.

The following are my own personal methods, which are slow to take effect, but can last longer.

Belly: Massage more: If you have to sit from time to time, then you should take the time to pinch your waist and abdomen. Don't pinch, pause until you are hot, and then repeat. The more times, the better the effect.

Abdomen more: when sitting, standing and walking, everyone tries to shrink their stomachs, feel hungry and try to resist hunger. One disadvantage of abdominal contraction is a feeling of suffocation in the chest.

Walk more and sit less: after sitting for a long time in a day, you can walk more, drink tea and pour water to the toilet. The most important thing is that you can tuck in your stomach when you walk.

These are the three basic points. If you can do it and stick to it for more than a month, the effect will be obvious. Exception: often eat snacks and give up halfway.
