Ingredients: frozen eggplant, chopped green onion, meat, salt.
1. First, thaw the frozen eggplant in a pot, and drain the water after thawing.
2. Cut the chopped green onion for later use. Then prepare the meat, preferably cut into small pieces.
3. Heat the oil pan, and then put the chopped green onion in the pan when the oil is hot.
4. Add minced meat and stir fry after cooking.
