Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary

Today I will introduce to you a barbecue side dish, rosemary potatoes. Potatoes have always been the staple food in Western food. Rosemary roasted potatoes are a traditional side dish that is paired with steaks, pork chops, and various types of barbecue. The soft and waxy potatoes are fragrant with garlic and rosemary, and paired with barbecue, it has a unique flavor.
Ingredients: potatoes, rosemary, garlic, salt, oil, black pepper.
Steps:
Step 1. Rosemary must be fresh, not dried.
Step 2: Wash and peel the potatoes, cut into strips of the same size; remove the rosemary leaves, remove the stems, and chop the leaves; press the garlic into a paste.
Step 3. Add rosemary and garlic to potatoes, season with salt and black pepper, add oil and mix well (a little more oil should be used).
Step 4. Place a piece of barbecue oil paper on the bottom of the baking pan, and spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on it.
Step 5. Put it in the oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes. Take it out and turn it during the middle 20 minutes to make the potatoes evenly heated.
