Compensation condition
When all the following conditions are met, volunteers and rejected passengers can get oversold compensation:
1, passengers who have already booked their flight seats (including those who hold mileage redemption rewards free of charge), excluding those who hold various rewards and airline employees free of charge.
2. Passengers should go to the designated check-in counter for check-in before the deadline;
3. Passengers who are not refused transportation according to the General Conditions of Transportation.
