Ingredients
10 pond carp, cuckoo tofu, onion and ginger, cooking wine, salt, chicken essence
Method
1. Pond carp Remove the internal organs and gills and wash carefully.
2. Cut the cuckoo tofu into small cubes, boil water in a pot, add a spoonful of salt, blanch the tofu and take it out.
3. Heat oil in a pot, add green onion and ginger, stir-fry pond carp, then pour cooking wine, add 2 large bowls of water, cover and bring to a boil over high heat. The soup will be white in color.
4. Carefully pour in the tofu, add salt, chicken essence and chopped green onions and bring to a boil again.
