1. White wine
Prepare a container, pour some white wine into the container, soak the persimmons in the white wine, then take out the persimmons, wrap them in plastic wrap, and put them in a container. Store it in a sealed plastic bag. It only needs to be sealed and stored for about two or three days, and the persimmons will become crispy, sweet and delicious, and there will be no bitterness at all.
2. Rice
The most common way to ripen fruits is to put them into rice. We can directly stuff raw persimmons into the rice and use the rice to "bury" the persimmons. That’s it. Generally, persimmons will be fully mature in about 5 days.
3. Apples
We can prepare two apples and a well-sealed plastic bag, put the apples and persimmons into the plastic bag, tie the plastic bag tightly and put it in In a place where the temperature is slightly higher at home, wait for it to sit for two or three days before eating it. Apples can release a large amount of ethylene gas, which can speed up the ripening of persimmons.
4. Warm water soaking method
Astringent persimmons can be soaked in warm water. The water temperature and soaking time depend on the maturity of the persimmons.
If it is a green persimmon, it can be soaked in warm water equivalent to body temperature for 18 hours; if the peel is yellow, it can be soaked in water with a temperature of 20℃~25℃ for 15~16 hours.
Be sure to change the water regularly to ensure a constant water temperature. Persimmons deastringent in this way cannot be stored for a long time.
5. Sealing method
Seal the astringent persimmons in a container at 20℃~25℃, and the astringency can be removed in 3~5 days.
