Huadiao wine is a yellow wine.
It is a rice wine made from glutinous rice, mainly produced in the Shaoxing area of Zhejiang Province, China. Huadiao wine can be drunk directly or warmed to 38℃-40℃. After heating, the alcohol content of Huadiao wine is reduced by volatilization, so it becomes more flavorful and thicker, which makes it easier to drink. In addition to serving as an accompaniment, many famous dishes are made with Hua Diao wine, such as Hua Diao Chicken and Hua Diao Braised Crab Meat.
Advantages of Hua Diao Wine
