Siraitia grosvenorii, the fruit of a perennial vine of Cucurbitaceae. Alias Lahan fruit, fake bitter gourd, soft-shelled turtle, golden swallow, Lohan table and naked turtle, it is called "immortal fruit" with heart-shaped leaves and dioecious plants, which blooms in summer and bears fruit in autumn.

Mainly produced in Longjiang Township, Longsheng and Baishou Town, Yongfu County, Guilin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Yongfu County and Longsheng County are the hometown of Siraitia grosvenorii, with a long history of cultivation. Among them, Siraitia grosvenorii has been cultivated in Yongfu County for more than 300 years, and in Longsheng County for more than 200 years. 90% of Siraitia grosvenorii in China is produced in Yongfu County and Longsheng County, and Siraitia grosvenorii is a precious local product of Guilin.
