Emei snow buds are abundant in Chicheng Peak, Baiyan Peak, Yunv Mountain, Tianchi Peak, Jingyue Peak and Wannian Temple at an altitude of 800-1200m. Emei snow buds are picked before and after Qingming every year, and processed through a series of processes such as fixing green and drying. The raw materials are tender and suitable for brewing with hot water of about 85 degrees. Most green tea can't stand boiling water. Too high water temperature makes tea bitter.
