What is Luo Songtang?
Luo Songtang is called "Supo Soup" in some areas of Northeast China, which has the characteristics of sweet in sour, fragrant in sweet, fat but not greasy, fresh, smooth and refreshing.
During the October Revolution, a large number of Russians moved to Shanghai, bringing vodka and Russian-style western food.
Luo Songtang evolved from Russian-style red cabbage soup, which is hot and sour, with more acid than sweet. Influenced by the purchase of raw materials and local tastes, Luo Songtang with a unique Shanghai style has gradually formed.
