Exercise:
1 Wash the shrimp tail with cold water, put it in a pot, add cooking wine and ginger slices for two minutes, and remove the cold water for later use.
2 Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant, add the chafing dish base, minced ginger and garlic, and dried chillies and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the shrimp tail and stir-fry evenly.
3 Add three spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, one spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of pepper oil and one spoonful of thirteen spices, pour in a can of beer, add onion and green pepper and stew for seven or eight minutes, and add cucumber and shallot three minutes before taking out the pot.
