Broccoli or cauliflower, which is more nutritious?
Good evening. It is said that the content of some special compounds in broccoli is higher than that in cauliflower. I personally tend to eat only cauliflower and radish, because there is no obvious difference in overall nutrition and the price is cheaper. Broccoli will smell bad if it is not handled properly (as a family chef, cauliflower+tomato+a little pepper oil is a delicious combination). Broccoli, cauliflower, radish and horseradish all contain an alkyl isothiocyanate compound, commonly known as sulforaphane, which is good for human targeted anti-cancer.
