My daughter likes eating crabs at home. She has always had a soft spot for hairy crabs and Burmese crabs. Hairy crabs have less meat and more crab roe, which is the most delicious when steamed, and can better taste its delicacy. There is a lot of crab meat in Myanmar, but there is basically no crab yellow, so it is the most difficult to make spicy crabs. She thinks these two methods are more delicious. These are two kinds I usually make for her. Let's share with friends the different methods of making these two kinds of crabs.
