1. Storage method of cassava residue: first build a storage pool, and use stones or bricks to build a pool. The sides and bottom of the pool should be sealed with cement slurry to prevent water leakage. The size of the pool should be enough to store enough cassava residue for one year.

Fill the cassava residue into the pool and press it flat. Pour water to cover the surface of the cassava residue to isolate the air. Later, the water will evaporate and be consumed. You need to add water at any time. After one year of storage, the cassava residue will also be dry. Will not spoil.

2. Fermented cassava residue:

1. The first fermentation method (pure cassava residue fermentation): Take a pack of Vitality 99 starter and dissolve it in about 60 kilograms of water. Used to stir about 500 kilograms of cassava residue, then put it into a pool or tank and compact it. Cover the mouth of the tank with a plastic film, add a layer of textile bag on top to protect the plastic film, tie it tightly with a rope, and ferment for 5-6 days in hot weather. , fermented in cold weather for more than 10 days, it has the mellow smell of sweet wine, and can be used to feed pigs.

If sealed well, it can be stored for one year without deterioration. Vitality 99 starter is a probiotic preparation. One gram of the product contains about 4 billion live bacteria. After the cassava residue is fermented by Vitality 99 starter, it produces a variety of digestive enzymes, vitamins and amino acids, etc., improving feed utilization. It can also prevent bacterial diarrhea in piglets and reduce fecal odor.

When feeding, (1) mix and feed 30% fermented cassava residue and 70% unfermented cassava residue. If there is no cassava residue, you can directly crush dry cassava and then ferment it to feed the pigs. (2) Or: 70% fermented cassava residue and 30% mixed feed are fed to pigs, which can speed up a lot of growth.

2. The second fermentation method: basically the same as the above fermentation method, except that an additional 50 kilograms of cotton rapeseed meal is added to make use of the high protein content of cottonseed rapeseed meal to make up for the cassava. 3. Introduce two methods of feeding pigs:

The above two methods are suitable for feeding binary hybrid pigs and local breed pigs. If used to feed three-dimensional hybrid lean pigs, the protein must be increased.
