Production step
1. Prepare flat fish, remove scales, viscera and gills, clean and cut into pieces for later use.
2. Prepare onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper, and cut them into powder for later use.
3. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pan, heat it, add chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and chopped red pepper, and stir-fry for fragrance.

6. Add a proper amount of water, cover the pot and cook for about 10 minutes to make the fish fully tasty.
7. Open the lid and stir-fry until the soup is dry and the surface of the fish is golden yellow.
Tips
1. Slice the fillets evenly, so that it is easier to taste when cooking.
2. When stir-frying, be careful not to break the fish.
Pay attention to the amount of water when adding clean water, and don't add too much, otherwise there will be too much soup.
4. Stir-fry until the soup is dry, and turn it constantly to avoid the fish sticking to the pot.
