Main Ingredients: snow red (3 stalks), ground pork (3 taels), red chili pepper (1), green onion (1)
Seasonings: oil (3 tablespoons), soy sauce (1/6 tablespoon), cooking wine (1/6 tablespoon), salt (1/8 tablespoon), chicken broth (1/5 tablespoon)
How to Make It
1. Clean the chili pepper, snow red and green onion. Drain and dice the red pepper and green onion, and cut the chili pepper into rings.
2: Heat 3 tablespoons of the oil in a wok and sauté the chopped scallions, then stir-fry the pork until the meat turns white.
3. Stir-fry the snow peas for 30 seconds, add 1/6 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/6 tablespoon cooking wine, 1/5 tablespoon chicken broth, and 1/8 tablespoon salt and stir-fry for a few seconds.
4. Pour in the chili pepper rings and stir-fry for another 10 seconds.
Tips
1, before cooking, it is best to rinse off the excess salt with water, because the snow red is more absorbent of oil, frying with more oil is not fat.
2, snow red carotene and a variety of vitamins, can enhance appetite, help digestion.
