Required ingredients
1 yam, 2 eggs, 100g potato starch, 50g flour, proper amount of salt, sesame seeds and edible oil.
Practice steps
1. Prepare 1 yam, scrape off the skin with a scraper, cut into pieces, put in a plate, and steam in a pot for 15 minutes. Put the steamed yam into a large bowl and pour the soup into the bowl. Beat 2 eggs in an empty bowl, break them up with chopsticks, and pour the egg liquid on the yam. Mash the yam with a rolling pin, then add 100g potato starch, 50g flour, stir it into a paste, and then add 1 teaspoon salt and mix well.
2. Preheat the electric baking pan and brush the oil, pour in the yam batter, sprinkle some black sesame seeds or white sesame seeds on the surface, cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Time's up. Turn it over and bake for 2 minutes. Bake until both sides are golden, and then take out the pot. Then cut it into your favorite shape and serve it.
