Red peppers are often made into Chili sauce, which can be eaten with side dishes and shallots. All good meals.

Chop the peppers and break the eggs for later use.

Heat the wok and pour in the right amount of oil. When the oil is 60% to 70% hot, pour in the sauce and fry until cooked.
